Well, today is a great day for Clash of Clans, and the Fair Play Clan Community!Many accounts - high, and low were served permanent bans, and are non-negotiable. They won't be returning, and the 'my friend did it', and other myriad of excuses won't bring them back. A lot of crying happening across the "TOP" clans - that weren't really "TOP" clans afterall.
Good Riddance!
Both Rise of Shock, and Elite-Squad were found to be completely clean - no bans to ANY players in the roster. We've ALWAYS prided ourselves in fair-play, and the FEW times we saw people boasting their use of Mods/Cheats, we kicked them immediately.
Some of my BEST times in Clash of Clans were wars we won (and lost) to other Fair Play Clans. Last second attacks and defenses that had our clan buzzing for hours. Many times we would visit the other clan and congratulate (or console), and make friendships.
Some of my WORST times in Clash of Clans was facing modding clans, using ghost attacks, burner accounts, and other cheats. As a clan co-leader its hard to maintain a positive, fun atmosphere when getting rolled over by cheating clans. They enjoy a hollow victory, and we dust ourselves off, hoping for a solution from SC. That day has come.
I don't feel sorry for those facing permanent bans - no matter the excuse. They sound like the athletes finally busted using performance enhancing drugs. Glad they have to 'start over' clean, or simply go away. Good luck to them with their TH-1 bases.
Our war environment should become more fun, as we can attack & defend with a higher level of assurance that the war is fair. We can continue to better ourselves, and learn from really good attacks - not having to wonder if it had been rehearsed over & over - and not a true legit attack.
